New Releases in Shipping: three releases in under 2 minutes

Product Import with One Click

It’s easier than ever to quickly get the product information you need into ShippingEasy—like product images, weights, and item descriptions—with our one-click product import. This new feature simplifies shipping rules automation, customizing your packing slips, and auto-filling customs forms with product information. Learn more or current customers can get started importing products.

Packing Slip templates for all occasions

Packing slips help boost your brand and connect with your customers. We added five new templates for you to choose from, including ones with barcodes, product images, gift, and more. Current customers, set up your packing slips here!

Newly added carrier services and package types

At ShippingEasy, we are constantly adding customer-requested shipping services and options. Check out the latest:

• Ship using poly mailers? Your USPS postage account now lets you print labels for Soft Pack Cubic for USPS domestic Priority Mail. Enter the length and width dimensions, then the appropriate cubic rate will calculate automatically. This option is available for customers utilizing Flat Rate Green cubic pricing.
• Your USPS postage account can also now generate labels for hazardous goods for USPS domestic shipments.
• Multi-box support is now available for all 4×6 label formats, even labels printed 2 per page on a desktop printer, for UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx.

Forecasting for inventory made easier

You can now filter your Forecasting & Replenishment report by store. See how much product you’ll need to fulfill orders from each store through the forecast period and eliminate overselling. Using Fulfillment by Amazon? Avoid penalties by keeping an eye on your Amazon replenishment needs. Staying ahead has never been so easy. Run a Forecasting & Replenishment report in ShippingEasy to see how it helps you plan!

USPS rate changes coming June 23

USPS will be releasing a new rate structure for Dimensional Weight pricing. This update was originally scheduled for January but was postponed. These changes apply to all domestic Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and non-Lightweight Parcel Select packages over one cubic foot. Make sure to always add your package dimensions in ShippingEasy. Stay on top of these changes by checking out our blog post that includes a full breakdown.

New in shipping

See your order data with ease (note: phased roll out)

You told us you wanted more detail and larger images. Done! and headed for your dashboard now. Our new Order Details view showcases important information like the recipient’s address, order notes and product images. From here, you can edit the order or click the arrow keys to display the next or previous order.

Auto save your order weights so you don’t have to!

Tired of weighing or editing each of your orders that are missing an order weight? ShippingEasy now gives you the option to remember order weights. As you edit weights for orders, we record these weights and apply them when the same combination of products is seen again. Check out the new automation settings to enable and make shipping the quickest part of your day.

Override the product name from your store

If the products you sell have very unique or long names on your store, you might want to simplify this for your customers when shipping their orders. Now you can! In your ShippingEasy product catalog, you can edit the name on a per-product basis, or do it in bulk. The product name override applies to order details, packing slips, pick lists, and email notifications to buyers. Learn how to override the product name used with ShippingEasy.

Print labels and packing slips by warehouse bin

ShippingEasy gives you multiple options to choose from when deciding the order in which your labels and packing slips print. The newest addition is to print by warehouse bin. On the Labels settings page, you can easily apply this new setting to save even more time when printing.

Print Amazon Prime labels faster with batch printing.

Amazon Prime is all about speed. Now, you can quickly batch print your Amazon Prime labels as they download into ShippingEasy. Choose your desired Prime orders to ship, then select your carrier, service, and package to print.

Remember, shipping Prime orders works a little differently—if just one Prime order in the batch is not eligible for a carrier service, that service will not be an option for the entire batch of shipments. See our FAQ for more information about shipping Prime orders.

New in Shipping: three key notes

Rate Changes are coming your way. Rate changes go live Sunday, Jan. 27. Don’t get caught off guard—download our free, award-winning annual guide to rate changes now to prepare.

Multi-package shipping is faster than ever. We’ve made major improvements to the popup window for shipping multiple packages on the Ready to Ship screen. You’ll see all the packages in the shipment with an easy way to duplicate and edit package information or apply your saved selections. Another great addition is you’ll have access to your saved packages—no more typing in dimensions! Make friends with the multi-box modal.

Barcode Scan Sheets your way. We’ve added the ability to drag and drop your barcode list order so you can make sure the barcodes are in the order that makes the most sense for your business. Create and print different sheets for different stations and ditch the keyboard for faster shipping. A cleaner scan sheet creates an efficient way to barcode scan everything. New in Customer Marketing: rebuilt with your customers in mind

Sell on Amazon in Canada and Mexico? We’ve got you covered. You want feedback from as many happy customers as possible. Our Amazon Feedback feature now supports seller and product feedback requests from customers who’ve purchased from your Amazon Canada and Amazon Mexico stores. New, pre-translated templates in Spanish and French are also on their way soon!

Get more feel-good feedback from the happiest customers. If someone has previously left you negative feedback, you probably don’t want to ask them for feedback again, right? We’ve now made sure those customers are removed from future automated feedback requests—because you don’t need that kind of negativity in your life. Before you activate a campaign, just tick the box and you’re all set. Set up your daily dose of positivity.

Build a customer contact list like a pro. We’ve completely redesigned and updated the home screen that features your customer contact information to make it more intuitive, sleeker, and easier to navigate as a whole. There is a new tab to make list management a breeze. Now, adding contacts to lists and adding tags to contacts within lists all are more streamlined. Build a list and your business.
