Sponsor A Child

Maramawit  lives with her mother in a neighborhood with poor hygiene and sanitation. Maramawit and her mother speak Amharic. Her father has deserted them. Her mother works as a cleaner to make a living, but her annual income, which is less than 300 USD, is not enough to afford even their most basic needs. The mother plans to improve their lives by being engaged in better petty trade activities if she gets some loan support. The child is in primary school.  Maramawit and her mother live in a poorly built small house, and the nearby school and health center lack basic equipment and trained professionals. In order to overcome the poverty she is facing, Maramawit needs kind support.
